The band started about 3 months before the 8th grade graduation from Lincoln School,
about April, Josey and Josef recieved their equipment before Denny did. They Started practicing. The Denny got his Bass, and
the band was off! First no one knew what kind of band we were going to be... our first lead singer was a close friend (then)
Gustavo Herrera, but he never came to the practices so he left the band. Then Nt came to High School Morton East. Josey soon
made friends with Emanuel Flores, and he became the NEW lead singer. Nt still not knowing where to go with their music covered
mainstream songs... i.e. Hives songs, vines songs, sum 41... etc. Manny never really came to the practices so he was kicked
out. There was a show coming up soon, the first Eastapalooza, and Nt needed a quick singer, Denny found Juan Martinez, whom
they covered some Manson Songs with. Juan wanted to be the second guitarist, but that wasn't what we needed so he left the
band, and did his own thing. Nt THEN found some kid name Jesus, from accross the street of Josey's house, and he was the best
so far. Nt covered Hellsong and Driven under with Jesse, but he smoked and wasn't the kind of voice we were looking for, so
he was kicked out. Josey then met Rey, and we covered about 10 songs with Rey before Starting to make Originals... Rey did
Eastapalooza, and then Show-case 2004... Now Nt has 11 originals, and has more on the way. So far we are unsigned, and are
looking for a Manager.
Rey was born in Chicago, and for the first six months of his life lived in Oak Park.
But alas, since he was born, Oak Park became too damn expensive. Anywho, his parents moved to Cicero and of course, brought
him along. He grew up listening to basically any crap played on B96. That includes pop, rap, and all that junk. But then,
back when MTV didn't completely suck balls, and they showed good videos late at night; Rey saw the light of "rock" with his
first song being "Somebody Someone" by none other than................KORN! After that, he got into Linkin Park for a long
time and also got into System of a Down. Then he got to 8th grade, and thanks to Rocio, got to the good shit. Slipknot, Mudvayne,
etc. Fast forward to freshman year, where Rey met Josey and invited him to his birthday party. Somehow, Josey asked Rey if
he could sing. He sang part of "stupid girl" and Josey liked it. Then i had to audition for denny, I was nervous, but he said
I was in. The rest is NT history.
Rey's Influences:Slipknot, Slayer, Korn, Fear Factory, Meshuggah, Hypocrisy, Mushroomhead, Iced Earth
Random Fact: Rey likes pizza...
Josey was born in Berwyn, but that's only because that's where Cook county Hospital
is located. He grew up along with Josef. They've known eachother since the first grade. Josey grew up in a VERY VERY crappy
neghborhood (like the rest) Cicero. Josey and Denny met in the 5th grade. Josef was already there. The three were in every
class together for the next 3 years. Getting closer and closer, and growing into the band they are today. In the 8th grade
Josey started listening to the mainstream, [nirvana, Sum 41, AAF, Smashmouth, U2] But eventually he saw the light of KoRn,
along with "death metal, and Black metal". Which is what he listens to now...
Josey's Influences: KoRn, Slipknot (before The subliminal crap)
Random Fact: Josey has a van.
Josef grew up in Cicero, in a strict home, strict of manners, and religion. He met
Josey in the 1st grade while finger painting, and met Denny un the 5th grade, while um... doing 5th grade things. Like everyone
else he started listening to rap, but before anyone he began to listen to KoRn, and Stabbing Westward. That's where he saw
the light of "rock". In the 8th grade he bought a Guitar, at about the same time that Josey bough his drumset. The Necrotic
Tissue train took off. We never stoped, and Josef is the mastermind behind MOST of the songs. He's the one that usually comes
up with the riffs.
Josef's Influences: Metallica (Metallica fan before St. Anger to all those St. Anger by-products. And by the way St.
Anger really SUCKED), Iced Earth, Dimebag Darrell, Children of Bodom, Kerry King and Jeff Hanneman from Slayer, Mesuggah's
and Mudvayne's weird Time signatures, Chris and Michael Ammot from Arch Enemy, IN FLAMES YEAH!!! and other Swedish Metal ("Gothenburg
Sound"), Mark Morton and Chris Alder from Lamb of God, Shadows Fall, Some Korn, where I get those "death metal" chords or
a diminished fifth for guitar players that know a bit of theory, Megadeth, Anthrax and Fear Factory.
Random Fact: you can put a finger inside the locks of his hair.
Born and raised in Mexico for six years. Moved to Chicago, where his life really started. In the Ghetto streets of Chicago
Denny lived in an apartment complex, complete with every disgusting thing you could think of. His parents wanting to make
something better of Denny's life, and of theirs, moved to Cicero. (It IS better than Chicago). In Cicero Denny met his Josey,
and Josef, [at the time they were still Jose L. and Jose R.] in 5th grade. They became quick friends and built an unbreakable
relationship (nothing gay). In the 7th grade the rock world was introduced to them. At the time Denny was into Rap... But
after the whole "revolution" caused by Linkin Park, AAF, and Sum 41, Denny was into rock, more and more. [continued on Band
Bio]
Denny's Influences: (listen to my Station on Launch, twiggy696@sbcglobal.net)
Random Fact: Denny has 10 toes and 8 fingers... and 2 thumbs.
